Description

The purpose of this announcement is to provide industry an updated version of the ASIAS 3.0 Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2.14.23. This PWS is provided for information purposes only, industry feedback is not requested.

Background
The Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) program is overseen by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and aims to enhance aviation safety through data analysis and sharing.

The ASIAS 3.0 Performance Work Statement outlines the support needed for advanced analytic capabilities and architecture.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for data management oversight, including updating ASIAS data strategy, enforcing data standards, managing data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Tasks include:
- Metadata management
- Data architecture development

- Integration/fusion of data
- Support for data stewardship efforts.
