Background
The solicitation is issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) for the development and delivery of Aviation Electrician (AE) Training Systems. The goal of this contract is to provide training devices that meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated performance specifications. This initiative aims to enhance the training capabilities for aviation electricians in the U.S. Navy.

Work Details
The contractor is required to design, fabricate, install, test, and deliver various training devices as specified in the SOW. The following items are included:

1. **Flaps and Landing Gear Trainer**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Must satisfy specifications IAW paragraph 3.2.1(a)(1) and deliver technical documentation for CDRLs A002 through A007, B001 through B004, C001, C002, D001 through D005.
- FOB: Destination

2. **Dual System Generator Trainer**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Must satisfy specifications IAW paragraph 3.2.1(a)(2) and deliver technical documentation for CDRLs A002 through A007, B001 through B004, C001, C002, D001 through D005.
- FOB: Destination

3. **Aircraft Basic Electronic System Trainer**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Must satisfy specifications IAW paragraph 3.2.1(a)(3) and deliver technical documentation for CDRLs A002 through A007, B001 through B004, C001, C002, D001 through D005.

4. **Aircraft Jet Ignition System Trainer**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Must satisfy specifications IAW paragraph 3.2.1(a)(4) and deliver technical documentation for CDRLs A002 through A007, B001 through B004, C001, C002, D001 through D005.

5. **Instructor/Operator Training Course**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Provide training course IAW SOW paragraph 3.2.9.2.6.1 and deliver technical documentation for CDRL F001.

6. **Maintenance Training Course**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Requirements: Provide maintenance training course IAW SOW paragraph 3.2.9.2.6.2 and deliver technical documentation for CDRL F002.

7. **Cybersecurity Training Course**

- Requirements: Provide cybersecurity training course IAW SOW paragraph 3.2.9.2.6.3 and deliver technical documentation for CDRL F003.

8. **Contractor Logistics Support**
- Quantity: 12 Months
- Requirements: Provide support for troubleshooting and repairing trainers IAW SOW paragraph 3.2.11.
- Period of Performance: Trainer Delivery Date + 12 months.

The products will be delivered to designated government facilities as specified in the solicitation.
