Background
The U.S. Special Operations Command Africa is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of AV2011 SATCOM antennas.

The mission of this agency is to support U.S. national security objectives and assist in the development of partner nations' capabilities. The goal of this contract is to acquire six AV2011 SATCOM antennas that meet specific technical requirements for use in operations conducted by the Special Operations Task Group in East Africa.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide six AV2011 SATCOM antennas with the following specifications:
- Frequency Range: 240-318 MHz
- VSWR: 1.5:1
- Polarization: Right Hand Circular
- Gain: +9.6 dBi Nominal @ 244 MHz | +15 dBi Nominal @ 318 MHz
- Power Handling: 200 Watts CW
- Impedance: 50 Ohms
- Axial Ratio: 3dB
- Connector: N Male

Additionally, the contractor is responsible for shipping one unit to the specified delivery location at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The delivery date for the antennas is set at 30 weeks after award of contract.
