Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC), part of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), is awarding a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Andantech Professional Corporation (APC). This contract aims to develop large-scale circuit designs for various components integral to a high-throughput, low-power, low-bandwidth vision sensor known as the Autonomous Vision Sensor (AVS).

This is the first contract for acquiring highly specialized services for the AVS system.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the design, development, integration, and fabrication of large-scale circuits for the AVS system. Key tasks include:
1. Designing and developing large-scale image-sensor, memory, and computation-logic circuit designs.
2. Providing subject matter expertise to integrate the EOS architecture into peripheral image sensor components and mixed-signal memory components.
3. Delivering high-throughput, low power analog compute circuitry.
4. Designing architecture connected with both memory and pixel-cell arrays to create a reprogrammable computational vision sensor.
5. Producing all necessary supporting technical documentation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period, which includes a base year of twelve months followed by four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at locations determined by NSWC PC.
