Autonomous Kitchen – Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) -Month To Month Lease- Location: South Korea

Background
The 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) requires a turnkey Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription capability to deploy, operate, and sustain autonomous kitchen systems in support of continuous fresh meal service, culinary specialist (92G) labor recovery, and expeditionary feeding operations within the Republic of Korea and the broader U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility.

The 906th Contracting Battalion intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for this requirement covering both the Indoor Autonomous Kitchen (I-AK) and the Containerized Autonomous Kitchen (C-AK).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to deliver a turnkey RaaS subscription. Required services include: hardware, software and licensing; consumables; technical support; sustainment; delivery; installation; activation; and in-country support presence for both I-AK and C-AK.

The I-AK is a fixed-site garrison system providing continuous fresh meal access and culinary labor recovery while meeting food safety and performance standards. The C-AK is a trailer-mounted expeditionary system providing mobile kitchen capabilities with integrated power, water management, operational ration compatibility, and automated fault detection.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 13 November 2026 – 12 November 2027; Option Period 1: 13 November 2027 – 12 May 2028; Option Period 2: 13 May 2028 – 12 November 2028.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at designated locations within the Republic of Korea, primarily at Camp Walker, Daegu. The C-AK may also be temporarily transported to other locations within the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Area of Responsibility for exercises or contingency operations.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have or obtain requisite business licenses from the Republic of Korea government to conduct business in compliance with local laws regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Vendors not already doing business in Korea must provide verification of authorization to compete as a local source.
