Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Maintenance & Repair Services (STVHCS)

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is issuing this solicitation for Maintenance and Repair Services on Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for the South Texas Veterans Healthcare Systems (STVHCS) located in San Antonio, TX.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational reliability and maintenance of ATS systems critical to the healthcare services provided by the agency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing full diagnostic assessments on ATS systems including controller operation, sensing circuits, transfer logic, voltage transformers, wiring, HMI/digital display calibration, and necessary corrective actions such as repair or replacement of components, recalibration, wiring corrections, and restoration of transfer logic.

The contractor must confirm availability of appropriate OEM parts or equivalent, test equipment, and calibration capabilities. Additionally, bidders must provide a Capability Statement demonstrating their aptitude for working on these systems and a list of three similar projects completed in the past three years.
