OUSD (R&E) CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AREA(S): Trusted AI and Autonomy; Advanced Computing and Software The technology within this topic is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Parts 120-130, which controls the export and import of defense-related material and services, including export of sensitive technical data, or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), 15 CFR Parts 730-774, which controls dual use items. Offerors must disclose any proposed use of foreign nationals (FNs), their country(ies) of origin, the type of visa or work permit possessed, and the statement of work (SOW) tasks intended for accomplishment by the FN(s) in accordance with the Announcement. Offerors are advised foreign nationals proposed to perform on this topic may be restricted due to the technical data under US Export Control Laws. OBJECTIVE: Obtain the ability to ingest Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and use AI/ML to create a SysML Model in Cameo Enterprise Architecture based off selected fields and relationships. DESCRIPTION: Deliver a tool that has the capability to be integrated with existing IDE that performs the above SysML Modeling requirement. PHASE I: Develop a tool that is beginning to ingest documents of various data types and establish relationships based off AI/ML methodologies that is capable of graphical modeling. PHASE II: Tool must exhibit capability of USAF personnel to ingest documents and form all operations required of the tool to result in a graphical SysML Model within Cameo Systems Architecture without dependency on the tool developer. PHASE III DUAL USE APPLICATIONS: Tool must have the ability to integrate with IDE and be distributed to all USAF personnel necessary to operate. REFERENCES: Schevchenko, N. (2020, December 21).
