Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) Modernization at Tobyhanna Army Depot   4

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO PROPOSALS OR COST INFORMATION IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED. NO CONTRACT WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE.

Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division has a requirement for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Modernization, including, but not limited to, all design, equipment, material, parts and installation labor to upgrade necessary. This modernization shall include, but is not limited to: replacement of mini-load cranes and rails, unit load turret trucks, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and the warehouse management system (WMS).

ACC-APG intends to issue a solicitation and award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. It's anticipated this solicitation will be issued via beta.sam.gov in late April or early May 2021.

The following draft documents are attached: (1) Attachment 1 - Draft Specification; (2) Attachment 2 - ASRS Compliance Checklist; (3) Attachment 3 - Draft Solicitation Language (Sections L and M).

Interested parties are requested to review the attached draft documents and provide feedback as necessary, to include any questions, concerns, issues, clarifications, etc. It's requested that interested parties ask any and all questions that they would otherwise submit during the solicitation phase. This is to ensure that the Government's requirements documents are as clear, concise, and accurate as possible at the time the solicitation is posted. All submissions shall be submitted via e-mail to mark.a.buonomo.civ@mail.mil.

Industry feedback may result in revisions to any or all of the draft documents.
