Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing this solicitation for an Automated Sampler, Concentrator and Sample Preparation and Extraction Platform as part of their mission to enhance agricultural research capabilities. This acquisition is unrestricted, allowing all responsible sources to submit quotations for consideration.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of an Automated Sampler, Concentrator and Sample Preparation and Extraction Platform that integrates with an existing Agilent Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) System. The salient characteristics include:
- Robotic tool change for multiple step sample prep workflows
- Tools for syringes 1 μL-10 mL and pipettes 20, 200, 1000 μL volume ranges
- Solvent storage in mL to L scale
- Sample storage for vials 2, 10, 20 mL, up to 10 MTPs, ambient or temperature-controlled 4-40 °C
- Heating/shaking for MTPs and vials for incubation & derivatization
- Centrifuges with up to 5000 RCF
- μSPE (Solid Phase Extraction) capability
- Barcode scanner
- Gripper Tool for pick and place applications
- Core methods for defined sample prep included
- Software tools to create or modify workflows
- Local control or integration into OEM specific software. Offerors must provide descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with these specifications.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must include sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how their proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics. Additionally, they must be compliant with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and certify that they do not operate any programs that violate these laws.
