Automated Meter Reading/Customer Information Syste

Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking to enhance the Electric Utility Management System (EUMS) for the San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP). The goal of this contract is to provide Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and Customer Information Services (CIS) consultation support services, which will include the development of an online customer web portal for payments. This initiative aims to improve online resources for SCIP electrical utility customers.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site AMR/CIS support services, including:

1. Enhancements, implementation, and integration for UMS.net;
2. Day-to-day programming, data collection, and maintenance activities involving Itron Centron and Sentinel meter systems;
3. Design, develop, and manage executables within the Multi-Vendor-Reading System (MV-RS) software to interface with UMS software;
4. Manage daily meter reading route activities and generate performance reports;
5. Provide maintenance for mobile equipment including laptops and handheld devices;
6. Design custom MV-RS system reports using Crystal Reports;
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database recovery procedures using Pervasive SQL.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period following the award date, with delivery expected within 10 days after award.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted on-site at the San Carlos Irrigation Project in Arizona.
