Description

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Automated Logic Controls equipment support/maintenance per the BNL provided statement of work (SOW). BSA invites you to participate in accorance with the RFQ letter and all supporting attachments. This requirement has been posted on the SAM.gov website under solicitation number RFQ-438365.

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Automated Logic Controls equipment support/maintenance per the BNL provided statement of work (SOW). This RFQ is being posted for full and open competition under NAICS code 238210.

Work Details
The Offeror shall provide all necessary labor and equipment to provide the necessary maintenance services at BNL per the BNL provided statement of work and all other attachments as outlined in Enclosure 1, Draft Contract 438365. The awarded contract will be subject to U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2015-4157, Revision No. 22 dated June 30, 2023.
The Occupation Codes and corresponding rates established under the Service Contract Act (SCA) shall apply to all positions proposed.
