Description

The Government requires a combination of supplies and services rendered on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis to complete a project for AFHE solution refresh at the DFSP Pituffik Space Bace (formerly known as Thule Air Base) located in Avannaata, Greenland. Refresh of the AFHE at DFSP Pituffik Space Force Bace (SFB) is defined as replacing and/or repairing (as appropriate) the currently installed fuel system automation components, integrated SCADA network, software, and all supporting components, devices, and structure within the AFHE solution. The Government's overall objective of this CPFF is to acquire the necessary supplies and services to successfully complete refresh of the AFHE solution at DFSP Pituffik SFB. The Period of Performance is 36 months.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is the largest logistics support agency in the United States Department of Defense (DoD). The DLA's primary mission is to provide worldwide logistics support, acquisition, and technical services to military services, federal and civilian agencies, and partner nations in both peacetime and wartime.

This contract aims to refresh the Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE) solution at the Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Pituffik Space Base in Avannaata, Greenland. The overall objective is to acquire necessary supplies and services for the successful completion of this project.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing and/or repairing the currently installed fuel system automation components, integrated SCADA network, software, and all supporting components, devices, and structures within the AFHE solution at DFSP Pituffik SFB. The work includes systems engineering services as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor must ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 36 months.

The work will be conducted at DFSP Pituffik Space Base (formerly known as Thule Air Base), located in Avannaata, Greenland.
