Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) Software Licenses and Technical Support Services   2

Background
The Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller and the Assistant Secretary of the Army have mandated the use of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) in doing Acquisition Category I and II Program Cost Estimates. The Cost Review Board Office (CRB) of the Army also requires that all estimates to the CRB be submitted in ACEIT.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide non-personal technical support services in support of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE) as defined in the Program Background. The objective of this effort is for the contractor to provide support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (ODASA-CE) in the area of enhancing and training on the Army's standard cost modeling tool, ACEIT. This includes developing tools that enable cost analysts to estimate the cost of Army Programs to support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) process, supporting the development of cost models and plug-ins for ACEIT, providing ACEIT Maintenance and Help Desk, and providing Training and Support. The contractor shall provide technical support services to the DASA-CE to include providing Army decision makers with tools and training to support cost, performance and economic analysis.

Five (5) years with performance commencing in June 2022
