***Amendment P00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the minimum and maximum quantities, update Clause 52.212-2 and extend the closing date. ***

This is a solicitation notice for an IDIQ procurement of mobile automated ultrasonic scanning system (AUSS) in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK.

Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.

Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.

When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following:

1. Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a.

2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively.

3. Please insert pricing on Pages 4-5 along with net amount & delivery times

4. Please complete information in all Fill-in provisions and clauses, especially:

a. FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable)

b. FAR 52.225-18

c. FAR 52.204-24

d. FAR 52.204-26

5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.

Background
The solicitation is for an IDIQ procurement of a mobile Automated Ultrasonic Scanning System (AUSS) to replace the current MAUS V system used by the Non-Destructive Inspection Branch (76 AMXG/MXDEN) at Tinker Air Force Base. The objective is to continue meeting tech data requirements with a direct replacement for the current MAUS V system, which supports safety of flight inspections on 5 different weapon systems for a total of 555 individual Air Force and Navy aircraft at Tinker Air Force Base. In FY22, over 20,000 hours of MAUS inspections were planned on aircraft at the OC-ALC.

Work Details
The AUSS Mobile System will include specific products such as AUSS-Mobile with WIN10 OS, AUSS Variable Stroke Scanner and Track Assembly, UT Linear Array, Long Yoke #8-32 Mount Assy, Mini Hand Scanner, PE Ultrasonic Sensor Set, Resonance Sensor Set, Eddy Current Sensor Set, and various cable assemblies. The fulfillment of each item is required for a singular system. Shipping shall be included with the requirement.
Support documentation shall also be included with items listed above.

Place of Performance
The work required under this contract will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.
