Background
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing this contract for the design, construction, support, and tear down of an exhibit at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition scheduled for October 12-14, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

The goal of this contract is to promote awareness of the Department of War's Security Cooperation programs and facilitate senior civilian and military bilateral meetings with distinguished visitors from foreign delegations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to create the Department of War exhibit booth. This includes:
1. Design and construction of the exhibit booth in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the timelines set by the show organizer’s Exhibitor Manual.
2. On-site support during the AUSA event.
3. Tear down of the exhibit booth after the event concludes.
4. Compliance with all critical dates for submission of requirements as specified in the Exhibitor Manual.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will commence on July 15, 2026, and conclude on October 14, 2026.
