Description

In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Transportation Security Administration, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) has awarded a contract to fulfill the requirement of tenant improvements to the following 8(a) Entity:
