The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), requires a time and material task order, utilizing firm-fixed-price (FFP) Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs), and reimbursable Not-to-Exceed material and travel CLINs for wireless services and products. The Government anticipates the period of performance to be one (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option period, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a 100% SDVOSB Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS 541519 under GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 54151S. Award will be made to the vendor with the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quote. Please see Attachment B - Pricing Spreadsheet for formatting and pricing structure, as well as the minimal salient characteristics required. All proposal requirements are contained within RFQ1629307 Clauses and Provision 52.212-2 and the Statement of Work (SOW) is also contained within that file. In accordance with 8.4054 the Government is requesting price reductions. Please also provide a copy of your most recent GSA schedule as a separate attachment with your proposal.
