The contractor will provide lodging and meeting space for the NAGB's quarterly meeting scheduled for August 6-7, 2026. Specific requirements include:
- A room block of 72 room nights with a nightly allocation of 1 room on August 4, 35 rooms on August 5, 35 rooms on August 6, and 1 room on August 7. King rooms are preferred.
- Meeting space must accommodate the conference needs with setup for food and beverage services as well as audiovisual (AV) support. While NAGB prefers to use the venue’s in-house AV provider, they reserve the right to contract with an external company. A detailed quote from the AV provider must be included in the submission.
- Both guest rooms and conference facilities must be located within the same general property. The dates and geographic area are fixed and non-negotiable.
