Auditorium Tech Refresh

The 341st Contracting Squadron is seeking competitive offers to modernize our auditorium's visual and audio system to include adding the capability of a video teleconferencing system. Offerors shall submit a Contractor Statement of Work (CSOW) from the attached Statement of Objectives. Each CSOW will be comparatively analyzed based upon the solution developed to include price. Offerors are notified that funds are not presently available and no resulting award will occur until funds are received. Furthermore, offerors are notified that an award may be made to a higher priced offeror based upon their CSOW. Quotes shall be valid through 30 September 2023. Site visit. A site visit will be held at the 341st Contracting Squadron, 7015 Goddard Drive, Building 145 Room 305, Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT 59402 on 25 May 2023 at 1000 MST. Offerors will submit their representatives to the email address jayce.blood@us.af.mil no later than close of business 23 May 2023.
