Background
The purpose of this announcement is for market research purposes to determine what capable audiovisual services are available and businesses are available under NAICS 541512 ¿ Audio Visual and Information Technology Systems Integration Design Services (Size Standard: $34 million) that can support a requirement for Audiovisual Support Services for the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Work Details
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC) Information Technology Services (ITS) group seeks to improve its audiovisual (AV) capabilities and services with the goal of achieving greater operational efficiency and readiness. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain services and expertise in AV operation, installation, diagnostics, and configuration in a variety of conference rooms and venues. The BPA is for the support of AV equipment and its use for events and engagements that occur in conference rooms, meeting rooms, and similar assembly areas across different OCC locations. The OCC will be purchasing the AV equipment and will expect the contractor to make recommendations in the associated Orders.

The OCC is moving towards Cisco technology as new installations and replacements occur. The contractor is expected to have knowledge and experience with Cisco AV equipment, and associated Cisco integration and networking, to execute the services of this BPA. The contractor will also need to possess broad experience in AV technologies to provide technical support for the existing devices such as Crestron, Extron, Vaddio, Barco, Shure audio technology, and other miscellaneous equipment and fixtures.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include OCC Headquarters in Washington DC, District Offices in New York, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, and approximately 58 field offices.
