Background
The contract is issued by the NRCO, Fort Drum Contracting Cell, and pertains to the provision of Audiology Services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Work Details
The Contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with the standards described in the PWS. Non-conformance to these standards will be considered a contract deficiency and may result in deductions as per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The Contractor must ensure full performance of all contract requirements, even during Federal Holidays or other significant dates.

Additionally, the Contractor must report all labor, including subcontractor labor, required for performance under this contract using the Army's secure data collection site. This includes detailed reporting on labor hours, costs, and locations of work performed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined based on the specific task orders issued under this Blanket Purchase Agreement, typically not exceeding 12 months per order.
