Audio Visual System and Install Luke AFB, AZ

Background
The contract is issued by the 56th Comptroller Squadron at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The mission of the squadron is to provide financial management and support for the 56th Fighter Wing.

The goal of this contract is to upgrade the audio visual system in the CPTS conference room to enhance capabilities for meetings, briefings, and presentations, including full Microsoft Teams functionality.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a complete, turnkey Audio Visual (AV) system upgrade for the 56 CPTS Command Conference Room. The system must include:
1. **All-in-One Video Bar**: One (1) Logitech Rally Bar No-Radio (TAA Compliant, Part No. 960-001669), or equivalent, wall-mounted above the display.
2. **Microphone System**:
- One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod (White, Part No. 952-000038) as a tabletop microphone.
- One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod (Graphite, Part No. 989-000430) as a pendant microphone.
- One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod Hub (Part No. 939-001647).
- Two (2) Logitech Rally Mic Pod Cat Couplers (Part No. 952-000181).
3. **Touch Panel Control**: One (1) Logitech TAP Touch Meeting Room Controller with USB and Cat 5e Kit (Part No. 939-001950).
4. **Cabling and Connectivity**: Installation of all necessary cabling including CAT 6A Plenum Shielded cable, USB-C cables, and HDMI wall plates.
5. **Above-Floor Raceway**: Installation of either Wiremold OFR 2400 Series raceway or U-Line floor raceway for cable management.
