Audio Video Upgrade

Background
This request for information pertains to an Audio Visual System overhaul on behalf of the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The goal is to gather insights for a comprehensive upgrade of the A/V systems within Building 7510, which includes multiple operational hubs. This initiative aims to enhance the functionality and capability of the A/V systems to meet current and future needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to design, engineer, program, test, and install a turnkey Audio Visual (A/V) System Equipment Upgrade across three primary areas: DEPTAC Classroom (Room 168), Deployment Passenger Lobby (Room 127), and Sterile Room (Room 155D/156D). Specific deliverables include:

1. **DEPTAC Classroom (Room 168)**:
- Two (2) 138-inch seamless LED video walls with a pixel pitch of 1.58mm or better, including installation packages.
- A 4K Presentation System Controller and Video Switcher (Brand Name or Equal).
- One (1) 10.1” tabletop touch screen system controller.
- Four (4) 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray/DVD players.
- One (1) X-Series 300W, 4-channel amplifier.
- Networking infrastructure including an 8-port Gigabit Smart Switch with PoE and a wall-mount swing-out rack.

2. **Deployment Passenger Lobby (Room 127)**:
- Two (2) 85-inch UHD commercial LED monitors that are TAA compliant.
- Low-profile fixed wall mounts and HDMI extenders for signal transport.

3. **Sterile Room (Room 155D/156D)**:
- Two (2) 165-inch seamless LED video walls with a pixel pitch of 1.9mm or better.
- A comprehensive control system including a modular matrix switcher chassis and multiple HDMI input/output cards.
- Four (4) HDMI wall plate transmitters for laptop inputs and four (4) Ultra HD Blu-ray/DVD players.
- An advanced audio system featuring a Tesira audio processor and various microphones.
