Background
The solicitation is issued by the Marine Corps Base Quantico, which is part of the U.S. Department of Defense. Work Details

1. **Audio Input Devices** (CLIN 0001):
- Quantity: 1 Lot
- Salient Characteristics:
- Must include a push-to-talk tabletop microphone for the instructor, a handheld microphone, and a solid-state media player.
- Media Player Inputs: Must support USB, SD, and Aux inputs.
- Connectivity: All input devices must be strictly wired; no wireless communications are permitted.

2. **Audio Output Devices** (CLIN 0002):
- Quantity: 20 Each
- Salient Characteristics:
- Components: 2-way outdoor loudspeakers.
- Environmental: Must be fully weather-proofed to withstand outdoor operational environments.
- Connectivity: Must be strictly wired; no wireless communications are permitted.

3. **Infrastructure** (CLIN 0003):
- Quantity: 1 Lot
- Salient Characteristics:
- Must include a network amplifier, an audio mixer, an AV rack, and a power distribution unit (PDU) to support the system.
- Connectivity: All infrastructure components must be strictly wired; no wireless communications are permitted.
- Compliance: Equipment must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
