Except as stated in this contract, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform fixed wing transportation services for military and Government commuter passenger transportation and movement of essential cargo (including contractor personnel and equipment performing on unrelated contracts) between KPBI airport and MYAF airport, in support of the Atlantic Undersea Testing and Evaluation Center. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for further details.

Background
The Atlantic Undersea Testing and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) is seeking a contractor to provide fixed-wing transportation services for military and government commuter passenger transportation, as well as the movement of essential cargo. This contract supports operations between Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI) and Myaf Airport (MYAF) in the Bahamas. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items and services to fulfill these requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide dedicated fixed-wing airlift service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:
1. Monthly basing operations for a light fixed-wing STOL aircraft, covering all fixed costs such as personnel salaries and maintenance.
2. Provision of 1,250 flight hours for fixed-wing operations as specified in the PWS.
3. Reimbursement for fuel costs based on PWS paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2.3.
4. Reimbursement for other costs excluding fuel as per PWS paragraph 9.
5. Depositioning of aircraft in accordance with PWS paragraph 1.6.5, with specific identification of the aircraft in Attachment 2.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance spans from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030, with options for additional years.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance is between Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI), Florida, and Myaf Airport (MYAF), Bahamas.
