ATLANTA VAMC - PIKE - COBB CBOCs CT IMAGING EQUIP & SERVICES

Background
The Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking to procure Computed Tomography (CT) imaging equipment and technician services for its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Pike and Cobb counties.

The goal of this contract is to enhance imaging services currently provided at the Atlanta VA Healthcare System, addressing challenges such as staffing shortages and equipment procurement delays. This initiative aims to ensure that veterans receive timely and effective imaging services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supplies, supervision, and equipment necessary to deliver CT scan services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Providing CT scan services at Pike CBOC (US Highway 19 North, Zebulon, GA 30295) and Cobb CBOC (1263 Cobb Parkway NW, Marietta, GA 30066).
2. Performing an estimated 15-16 CT studies per day.
3. Ensuring that all equipment meets specified minimum standards and is operational during service hours.
4. Conducting preventative maintenance on all furnished equipment.
5. Providing excellent customer service to veterans.
6. Completing accurate screening forms for each patient.
7. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions available at the discretion of the VA.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Pike CBOC located at US Highway 19 North, Zebulon, GA 30295 and the Cobb CBOC located at 1263 Cobb Parkway NW, Marietta, GA 30066.
