Background
The solicitation is a Sources Sought notice for the maintenance of gate security in FEMA Region IV, Atlanta, Georgia. It is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not guarantee a contract. The purpose of the SOW is to provide monthly/quarterly/02Y inspections and maintenance of FEMA Region IV perimeter gates, gate operators, and wedge barriers.

Work Details
The specific products to be maintained under the contract include (2) HySecurity Slide Gate Operators, (2) Nasatka NSMB VIII Barrier Systems with metering arms, and (1) TyMetal Corp Manual Sliding Gate. The scope of work includes monthly/quarterly/02Y inspections and maintenance tasks for each type of equipment, such as checking for damage, wear, fluid loss, and abnormalities, as well as lubrication and operational checks.
The period of performance will be determined in the Solicitation and Award documents.
