March 31, 2025, Amendment 0001

To answer received question from Industry:

Q: Could you provide the type of calibration needed for the Delta DAQ F/T Transducer with IP68 protection sensor?

A: The calibration will need to define the measurement range as defined by ATI US-150-600, and a calibration matrix must be provided to convert voltages to loads. The required sensing ranges are Fx,Fy=150lbf, Fz=450lbf, Tx,Ty,Tz=600in-lbf. All 6 axes must be defined and calibrated to accurately achieve the requested measurement range.

April 14, 2025- AMENDMENT 0002

The purpose of this amendment is to add the calibration required to the minimum specifications document. As a result of this, the response date has been extended to Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is issuing this solicitation for ATI Industrial Load Cells as part of their mission to support naval operations. This requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set-aside basis, with the goal of acquiring specific brand name products that are essential for interfacing with existing equipment. The agency has determined that only ATI Industries brand can meet the necessary specifications without incurring substantial duplicative costs and delays.

The contract involves the procurement of the following items:
- CLIN 0001: Delta DAQ F/T Transducer with IP68 Protection, Part # 9105-TIF-DELTA-IP68, Quantity: 1
- CLIN 0002: DAQ IP60/65/68 transducer cable, IP68 Lemo connector to power supply, 10m, Part # 9105-C-L-PS-10, Quantity: 1
- CLIN 0003: DAQ Transducer Power Supply, Part # 9105-PS-1, Quantity: 1
- CLIN 0004: Cable from power supply to interface-power supply box to DAQ card, unterminated, 2m, Part # 9105-C-PS-U-2, Quantity: 2
- CLIN 0005: Nano25 F/T Transducer with radial-exit 1.8m cable with IP68, Part # 9105-TWNANO25-R-1.8-IP68, Quantity: 1
