ATF - NIBIN Industry Day - 2026

Background
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is hosting an Industry Day event on July 08, 2026, aimed at market research for the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) program. This event seeks to engage with vendors who can provide support and innovations related to ballistic imaging technologies.

Work Details
The Industry Day will allow vendors to present their capabilities in support of the NIBIN program. Each participating vendor will have 30 minutes to present information about their products or services related to ballistic imaging comparison, followed by an optional 30-minute live demonstration. A 15-minute Q&A session will conclude the presentations.

Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate how their technologies can integrate with ATF's existing database of approximately 8 million ballistic images. Additionally, a capability statement must be submitted that includes company details, past project experience relevant to federal government services, and any partnerships or subcontracting plans.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register via email and are limited to two representatives per company for in-person attendance. Registration requires submission of a completed registration form and a capability statement demonstrating relevant experience and understanding of the ballistic imaging mission. Virtual attendance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
