The work consists of the satisfactory removal and disposal of shoal material excavated from the designated limits of work within the Atchafalaya River Bay, Bar and Crewboat Cut Channel shown on the contract drawings with disposal at designated adjacent government furnished disposal areas, and all incidentals thereto.

Bids will be requested by amendment. There is currently no bid date.

Background
The work consists of the satisfactory removal and disposal of shoal material excavated from the designated limits of work within the Atchafalaya River Bay, Bar and Crewboat Cut Channel shown on the contract drawings with disposal at designated adjacent government furnished disposal areas. The project is titled Atchafalaya River and Bayous Chene, Boeuf and Black, Atchafalaya Bay/Bar and Crewboat Cut, Maintenance Dredging #21-1 (Non-Continuous), St. Mary Parish, Louisiana ED 20-025.

Work Details
The Standard Form 1442 page 5/271, Block 11 specifies a change in the completion time from '315 calendar days' to '150 calendar days'. Section 00010 pages 00010-3, 4, and 5 are to be deleted in their entirety and substituted with revised pages. Section 00700 page 29/271 is to be deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new clause regarding the completion of work. The contract duration shall not exceed 150 calendar days. The work shall conform to the specifications and the contract drawings identified on the index of drawings provided. Various other sections are also updated with specific details on wage rates, datum relationships, measurement and payment details, dredging operations, existing pipelines, structures or utilities, floatation access channel, and more.
