Background
The solicitation is for the Augusta Military Medical Center Ambulatory Care Center (ATAMMC ACC). The Contractor shall provide performance of all facility-related requirements, administrative requirements, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements associated with various services including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Radiology and Laboratory, Pharmacy Prescriptions, Dermatology, Optometry, Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Dietitian, Podiatry, Obstetrics, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health, Immunization Clinic. The contract includes a phase-in transition period and admin transition services.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform a variety of services including Primary Care (for ACC enrolled/assigned beneficiaries only), Urgent Care (for ACC enrolled/assigned beneficiaries only), Radiology and Laboratory (all for ACC enrolled/assigned beneficiaries only), Pharmacy Prescriptions, Dermatology Provider and Support Staff services, Optometry - Optometrist and Support Staff services, Orthopedic- Physician Assistants and Support Staff services, Sports Medicine Provider and Support Staff services, Dietitian services, Podiatry Provider and Support Staff services, Obstetrics Provider and Support Staff services including ON-CALL and ON-CALL IN-HOUSE services. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide Physical Therapy Provider and Support Staff services, Occupational Therapy Provider and Support Staff services as well as Behavioral Health - Support Staff and Immunization Clinic - Staff. The contract also includes provision of MRI Equipment, Utilities, Medical Supplies and Medical Equipment Maintenance.
