Description

ASSET is being solicited as a 1-STEP CALL FOR PROPOSALS under the Autonomous Decisions, Algorithms, and Modeling (ADAM) Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA) (FA2377-25-S-1207).

The objective of the Assessment of Sensing-Autonomy Sensor Exploitation Technologies (ASSET) is to provide the DAF with comprehensive tools to model, analyze, assess, and predict mission-level effects based on sensor performance obtained empirically or through modeling, simulation, and analysis across multiple domains to include air, ground, space, and cyber. The purpose is to generate knowledge and understanding of multi-domain sensing autonomy mission sets that fuse information from any source, reason closed loop over the environment, and enable improved, timely, and executable battlespace decisions for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Strike, and Electronic Warfare (EW).

Background
The Assessment of Sensing-Autonomy Sensor Exploitation Technologies (ASSET) is being solicited by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Multi-Domain Sensing Autonomy Division (AFRL/RYA) under the Autonomous Decisions, Algorithms, and Modeling (ADAM) Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA).

The objective of ASSET is to provide the Department of the Air Force (DAF) with comprehensive tools to model, analyze, assess, and predict mission-level effects based on sensor performance across multiple domains including air, ground, space, and cyber. This initiative aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of multi-domain sensing autonomy mission sets to improve battlespace decision-making for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Strike, and Electronic Warfare (EW).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering various technical and cost proposals related to research efforts in sensing autonomy. Key tasks include:
- Developing software deliverables such as algorithms, source code, modeling & simulation results, technical reports, and presentations.
- Providing hardware deliverables as necessary based on proposals.
- Delivering data items as specified in the attached Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
- Engaging in dialogue with government representatives throughout the proposal process.
- Adhering to security classifications including Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Ensuring compliance with export control laws and regulations.
- Submitting proposals that clearly correlate commercial computer software with contract deliverables.

Period of Performance
The overall effort is expected to span from award through October 2030, covering a period of approximately 60 months.
