Assembly/Manufacture, Storage, and Distribution of Defense Biological Product Assurance Office (DBPAO) Products   3

Background
The U.S. Army ACC-APG, Edgewood Contracting Division, on behalf of the Defense Biological Product Assurance Office (DBPAO), has a requirement for the assembly, manufacture, storage, and distribution of DBPAO products.

The mission of the DBPAO is to serve as the principal resource for high-quality, validated biological detection assays and reagents that meet the needs of the warfighter and support the biological defense community. This contract aims to provide support for various products including lateral flow immunoassay strips and other biological detection systems.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific products and services:
1. Individual HHA Assembly - Quantity: Each
2. Operational and Training Panel - Quantity: Each
3. Operational and Training Biological Sampling Kit - Quantity: Each
4. Joint Portal Shield Carrier Box Assembly - Quantity: Each
5. Joint Biological Point Detection System Carrier Box Assembly - Quantity: Each
6. Hand Held Plastic Carrier (Top and Bottom Pieces) - Quantity: Each
7. Storage and Disposal of DBPAO Products (by month) - Quantity: Each
8. Distribution of DBPAO Products - Job
9. Program Reporting including various plans such as Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Program Plan, etc.
10. Transfer of Government Property - Job.
All items are to be delivered FOB Destination.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is five (5) years with all orders required to complete performance within 12 months after the ordering period expires.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for delivery include both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) locations.
