Description

The main objective of the Asia Support Services for Local Solutions IDIQ is to cost-effectively support more strategic, systematic and measurable approaches to organizational capacity development in Asia with the goal of realizing increased leadership by local partners in determining development priorities and delivering effective localized responses. The effort aims to ensure that there is clear accountability and responsibility for building long term sustainability. It will support USAID's local implementing partners and stakeholders with a goal of strengthening their ability to perform, sustain, and self renew in ways that further development outcomes in their societies as well as being able to advance their grant objectives and work with USAID.
