Notice No.2 was issued on 4/12/2024 to provide an answer to an inquiry. Please see the attached Notice 2. The RFP remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on a Standard Form 30.

Notice No.1 was issued on 4/1/2024 to provide an answer to an inquiry. Please see the attached Notice 1 and the excel version of the Attachment 2 which was provided for information purpose only. The RFP remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on a Standard Form 30.

Amendment 0001 was issued on 3/18/2024 to extend the response date/time from 13 April 2024 to 16 April 2024. See Amendment 0001 for more details.

This acquisition is for a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Asbestos Lead Sampling Services at Various U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force Bases and Facilities throughout Japan. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at various locations throughout Japan, including U. S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Naval Air Facility Atsugi (NAFA) and Naval Air Facility Misawa (NAFM) and the surrounding Navy, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni, Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Camp Fuji, Commander Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO), White Beach Naval Facility, Kadena Air Base, Camp Shields, Tengan Pier, Awase Communication Site, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Butler, Camp Kinser, Camp Foster, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Camp Gonsalves/Jungle Warfare Center, and the surrounding Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force facilities under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type, performance-based contract that is comprised of Non-Recurring Work Items. Background
The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force are seeking a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Asbestos Lead Sampling Services at Various U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force Bases and Facilities throughout Japan. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services at various locations throughout Japan.

Work Details
The contract includes providing asbestos and lead sampling services at various U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force Bases and Facilities throughout Japan. The project is comprised of a basic award and four (4) option periods. The basic period scope of work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering necessary to provide asbestos and lead sampling services at various locations throughout Japan.
Option Years within the basic period are for the continuation of these services.

The period of performance for the contract is from 01-JUL-2024 to 30-JUN-2025.
