Background
The Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii is seeking to contract for as-needed Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist Services. This contract aims to ensure that the military healthcare system has a stable workforce capable of providing quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population.

The TAMC serves as the headquarters of the Pacific Regional Medical Command and is the largest military hospital in the Asian and Pacific Rim region, providing comprehensive medical services 24/7.

Work Details
The contractor will provide non-personal Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist services, including intraoperative monitoring for patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing appropriate multi-modality neuro-monitoring to safeguard patient status during surgeries.
2. Supplying monitoring equipment and disposable medical supplies necessary for procedures.
3. Performing a full range of intraoperative monitoring modalities and communicating neurophysiologic data changes to surgeons and anesthesiologists promptly.
4. Ensuring compliance with established standards, principles, and ethics of the profession, including adherence to The Joint Commission standards and Department of Defense regulations.
5. Maintaining documentation of monitored cases and submitting technician reports within 24 hours when requested by TAMC personnel.
6. Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for intraoperative monitoring as per ASET guidelines.

Period of Performance
Base Period: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026; with options for additional periods extending through September 30, 2030.
