Artisan Link Pro System

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of one (1) Artisan Link Pro Special Stainer, brand name only, including delivery, installation, calibration, and associated installation documentation.

The equipment will support the CDC Infectious Diseases Pathology Branch (IDPB) in performing specialized staining techniques used for tissue-based diagnostics. This acquisition addresses a time-sensitive mission need to replace aging laboratory equipment and maintain continuity of IDPB's diagnostic operations. The Artisan Link Pro provides the small-batch testing capability required by the laboratory and supports continuity with existing CLIA diagnostic processes.

This is a competitive brand-name-only requirement. The brand-name restriction applies to the product required and does not restrict competition to a particular vendor. Vendors capable of furnishing the required Artisan Link Pro Special Stainer are encouraged to submit quotations in accordance with the attached RFQ.

The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order.
