Army Training Infrastructure System (ATIS) Legacy System Application Sustainment

Background
The contract is for sustainment of existing legacy ATIS systems and provides agility that will allow for the sustainment of systems subject to the availability of funds or subsumed by capabilities of the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Program of Record. ATIS provides development, storage, and delivery of Army doctrine and training materials to Soldiers and units anytime, anywhere. ATIS supports all levels of Army training and includes training products for all three training domains (operational, institutional, and self-development).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary to perform support for Army Training Infrastructure System (ATIS) legacy system as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide RMF/CoN sustainment, database maintenance, software application maintenance, configuration management, information assurance, and all documentation of these areas. The contractor shall also provide transition support to the ATIS program of record to facilitate sunset of legacy systems by ATIS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for 29-day phase in period, one (1) Base Year of 11 months, and four (4) 12-month option years.

Place of Performance
The contractor shall perform tasks under this contract at Government owned facilities (primarily building 3306 and 3308, ATSC ATIS offices) at JBLE.
