Background
The U.S. Army, through the Army Communications and Outreach Office (ACOO), is seeking non-personal professional services for the comprehensive management and execution of the Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP). The goal of this contract is to extend existing Army recruiting marketing efforts into the retail marketplace by managing licensing agreements and promoting products that bear the Army's trademarks.

The contractor will play a crucial role in identifying potential licensees and ensuring that the Army's name and marks are used appropriately, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the U.S. Army.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide licensing support services which include:
1. Identifying prospective licensees for the Army;
2. Negotiating new licensing agreements;
3. Managing existing accounts in support of the program;
4. Maintaining existing licenses and generating new licensees authorized to market products bearing the Army’s marks;
5. Acting as a non-exclusive agent for conducting promotions related to these licenses.

The contractor must ensure that all activities preserve the integrity, character, and dignity of the U.S. Army, targeting young adults aged 17-24 as primary consumers while also appealing to influencers.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility.
