Army - Total Enterprise Asset Management System (TEAMS) - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Army, is conducting market research to gather information from potential vendors for the development of a Total Enterprise Asset Management System (TEAMS). The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the Army's capabilities in managing their assets more efficiently and effectively through advanced technological solutions. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify qualified vendors who can contribute to this endeavor by providing insights and expertise in developing enterprise-level web-based applications tailored for the Department of Defense (DoD).

Vendors are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in developing globally distributed, enterprise-level web applications specifically for the DoD. Further requirements include proficiency in developing analytics systems that aid in creating courses of action and projecting future outcomes based on current data inputs. Vendors should describe past projects where advanced mathematical principles were utilized to process extensive DoD databases efficiently. Expertise in writing complex Structured Query Language (SQL) queries that analyze historical data trends and forecast future data states is also crucial.

Moreover, vendors should be able to showcase their ability to derive meaningful insights from DoD datasets by displaying information dynamically through customized charts. Experience with de-normalized datasets and generating comprehensive reports with drill-down capabilities will be advantageous.
