Background
The contract is issued by the Army for the purpose of hosting a Special Event. The goal is to ensure that all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, meeting areas, and non-personal services are provided to successfully execute the event while adhering to specified standards.

4. Adherence to safety and security standards as prescribed by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with a threshold of no more than 3 validated customer complaints.
5. Implementation of safe and secure food service and drinking water supply procedures, including compliance with local or state food codes, maintaining a food safety plan (e.g., HACCP), securing food storage and preparation areas against improper entry, and ensuring that water distribution points are protected from potential terrorist attacks.
