Army - Real Property Remediation Services - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to explore capabilities related to real property remediation services for the Army National Guard (ARNG). This initiative aims to enhance the management of ARNG's real property records and accountability systems across its 54 States and Territories. The primary objective is to modernize legacy systems, synchronize data at both federal and state levels, and adopt automation and advanced analytics. Through these efforts, the ARNG seeks to achieve efficient infrastructure maintenance, improved property valuation, financial reporting, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

The scope of work for this contract involves executing remediation activities that improve the accuracy, completeness, traceability, and auditability of ARNG's real property records in accordance with applicable Army regulations and guidance. The contractor will be responsible for transforming operations into a model of efficiency and transparency by addressing issues such as aging systems and fragmented inventories. This transformation is critical for advancing stewardship and operational readiness within the ARNG.

The performance work statement outlines that services will be performed at the Arlington Hall Readiness Center in Arlington, VA. The contractor is expected to maintain an adequate workforce during standard business hours while adhering to all relevant regulations regarding safety, security, and identification on-site. Additionally, telework may be permitted under certain conditions to ensure continuity of operations during national emergencies or significant incidents.
