The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking support services for the Executive Offices of the Director. The purpose of this contract is to provide administrative, business management, and public relations services to various offices within the FBI. The contractor will be responsible for supplying highly skilled personnel in areas such as communications, legal support, program management, budget analysis, multimedia, web support, and other administrative roles. The contract will be structured as a Time & Materials (T&M) contract with a base year and four one-year option periods. The place of performance will primarily be at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC, but occasional travel or work at offsite locations may be required.

The specific tasks and duties to be performed by the contractor include strategic communications analysis, web content management and writing/editing support, public affairs support services, senior public affairs and senior writing/editing support, business/digital analysis and solutions architecture support, visual information specialist support, multimedia specialist support, and digital communication specialist/strategist/analyst support. The contractor will be responsible for developing communication strategies and tools, managing websites and digital content, providing information to internal and external stakeholders, creating and editing written materials, producing videos and graphics, monitoring digital trends, and analyzing web metrics.

This contract provides an opportunity for a contractor to support the FBI in its communication efforts and administrative functions. It requires highly skilled personnel with expertise in various areas such as communications, web content management, public affairs, business analysis, multimedia production, and digital marketing. The contract has a base year and four option years, allowing for long-term engagement with the FBI.
