Army Operation Group (AOG)- Investigative Interactive Web-based Portal

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) on behalf of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) intends to procure an Investigative Interactive Web-based Portal for a total ten (10) user profiles for the United States Army Operation Group (AOG) located at Fort Meade, MD. The purpose of this requirement is to provide an Interactive Web-based portal for the United States Army Operations Group (AOG) located at Ft. Meade, MD.

Work Details
The contract is for an annual subscription service enabling USAOG to research and analyze publicly available information from law enforcement, media, and academic establishments in support of its HUMINT mission. The critical elements required include providing the largest scale one-stop, online information service, ability to access both public and government records, locate and verify person’s identities, identify businesses and business affiliations, uncover potentially adverse information, access to identify an entities’ social network globally, extensive access to companies and individuals financial information, 24/7 access to customer/technical support, training, reduction and migration sensitive research projects.
Essential Element but not required: Access to a variety of data: legal, news, legislative, financial and public records. Comprehensive access to thousands of international publications of all types (financial data, legislative records, accounting and tax information).

Period of Performance
The anticipated Period of Performance is 26 September 2022 through 25 September 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Meade, Maryland.
