10. Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide management and operation of Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) laboratories within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) that support both United States (U.S.) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program customers. The contractor provides trained laboratory personnel to operate and maintain both fixed-based and mobile laboratories in the CONUS and OCONUS, to include FMS locations, according to the statement of work (SOW) and technical exhibits (TEs).

This RFI will utilize NAICS Code 541380.

White papers should be produced in Microsoft Word for Office 2000 compatible format and are due 15 October 2024 at 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time). Responses shall be limited to 3 pages and submitted via e-mail only to the Points of Contact provided above. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The following information must be included in the response:
