Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to support the National Museum of the United States Army Programs and Education (NMUSA). The primary objective of this initiative is to procure Museum Education Specialists who will provide essential programmatic support for NMUSA's Programs and Education Department. This department oversees both in-person and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) learning programs, aiming to enhance educational outreach and visitor engagement at the museum.

The work required involves comprehensive operational management and educational service provision at the Experiential Learning Center (ELC) within NMUSA. Contractors are expected to facilitate daily museum education programs, manage visitor flow, and contribute to various outreach initiatives such as the NMUSA Cart Program.
