Background
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is issuing this contract for the production of outdoor vinyl banners for the Army National Guard Recruiting Material. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality banners that support the Army's recruitment efforts, ensuring that they are produced efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the Army Publishing Directorate (APD).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Production of outdoor vinyl banners, including electronic prepress, printing, finishing, packing, and distribution.

2. Frequency of orders will be approximately 1 to 6 orders per month, with quantities ranging from 1 to 130 copies per banner and up to 4 different banners per order. The majority of orders will consist of 1 to 24 total banners.

3. Trim sizes for the banners include: 3 x 6’, 3 x 8’, 3 x 10’, 3 x 12’, 4 x 6’, 4 x 8’, 4 x 10’, and 4 x 12’. The contractor must ensure all materials and operations necessary for production are provided, except those specified as furnished by the government. The contractor must also perform a basic check (preflight) on furnished media and files prior to image processing and create or alter necessary trapping as required.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the date of award and ends on November 30, 2025, with options for up to four additional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with delivery to SRSC, Janice Winchester at PEC Warehouse, BLDG 1501A, Missouri Ave, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR.
