The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorate of Acquisitions, Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) hereby issues Amendment 0002 to Request for Proposal (RFP) / solicitation W9133L22R1002 in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Chief Surgeon's Office (CSG) for Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Services.

Amendment 0002 hereby extends the proposal due date to 09 June 2022, and updates the following:

Background
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorate of Acquisitions, Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) issues Request for Proposal (RFP) / solicitation W9133L22R1002 in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Chief Surgeon’s Office (CSG) for Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Services. The requirement is being competed as a full and open, unrestricted competition, with no small business set-aside. The contract will be awarded based on the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to NGB. The Contractor is required to meet all contract performance requirements as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of centralized Army National Guard medical personnel credentialing and privileging support services to the Office of the Chief Surgeon, Army National Guard Directorate (ARNG-CSG), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract includes options for a six-month extension beyond the initial period of performance. Offerors are required to submit proposals in English language, demonstrating their best solution and price of the requirements continued in Attachment 0001 (PWS), Attachment 0002 (Price Matrix), and any other documents.

The proposal submissions for Volumes I, II, III, and V shall not contain any pricing information.
