Assistant Deputy for Acquisition & System Management, Data Engineering and Software ADASM (DES) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. The U.S. Army is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for the Army Modernization Protection (AMP) Supply Chain Intelligence Prototype. The goal of this RFI is to identify qualified sources capable of analyzing threats from diverse sources using advanced AI.

The Army's modernization and acquisition programs are facing increasing risks due to global supply chain vulnerabilities and a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape, which adversaries exploit to compromise suppliers and undermine program security.

Work Details
The Army seeks information regarding a prototype system that can:
1. Aggregate and analyze threat intelligence from diverse sources, including traditional, social, and dark web domains.
2. Apply advanced AI and analytics to detect supply chain vulnerabilities, foreign influence, and emerging threats.
3. Deliver timely, relevant reporting and dashboards to Army acquisition and cybersecurity leaders to inform risk-based decisions.
