Background
The U.S. Army is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for the Army Modernization Protection (AMP) Supply Chain Intelligence Prototype. The goal of this RFI is to identify qualified sources capable of analyzing threats from diverse sources using advanced AI.

Work Details
The Army seeks information regarding a prototype system that can:
1. Aggregate and analyze threat intelligence from diverse sources, including traditional, social, and dark web domains.
2. Apply advanced AI and analytics to detect supply chain vulnerabilities, foreign influence, and emerging threats.
3. Deliver timely, relevant reporting and dashboards to Army acquisition and cybersecurity leaders to inform risk-based decisions.
4. Support secure communication, collaboration, and data transfer with trusted industry partners and Army infrastructure.

Key capabilities sought include: real-time alerts and reporting, dark web monitoring, supply chain risk management, security posture grading, predictive analytics for proactive risk management, and a secure collaborative environment for data sharing.
