The AMSO Solicitation-W56HZV-20-R-L850_Amendment 02 posted on 10/30 includes both Amendments 01 and 02. Therefore, in order to highlight the changes made under Amendment 02, this document is being replaced by the Modeling and Simulation_Solicitation_W56HZV-20-R-L850_Amendment 02.

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-20-R-L850 is attached for your reference. Questions pertaining to this solicitation should be directed to the Contract Specialist no later than October 26, 2020 at 11:00AM Eastern Time.

The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for M&S services. The award will consist of one base year and four one-year options.The Period of Performance, if all four one-year options are exercised, will be from 09 February 2021 through 08 March 2026. The AMSO has a requirement to procure M&S services for the AMSO Headquarters (HQ), Strategy and Resources Division (SR), and Simulation Proponent and School (SP) Division under the Center for Army Analyis (CAA). The AMSO provides services and subject matter expertise to support identification, prioritization, integration, and overall synchronization of M&S capabilities across the Army. The AMSO has the responsibility to ensure the Army has a trained and educated M&S mission force of military officers and Department of the Army civilians to support all M&S needs in this highly technical and dynamic field. It executes this mission by conducting analyses of M&S educational needs across the Army, then, as appropriate, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates courseware for online, mobile, and resident education and training.
